About this video
Rivet is a healthcare A/R acceleration platform that helps healthcare providers solve many tasks like patient cost estimates, payer contracts management, underpayment detections, and revenue recovery. The company's primary goal is to simplify and streamline the processes for healthcare providers, not only by offering them a unique platform that solves their problems but also by clear and easy-to-use design. In addition, Rivet aims to help their customer automate repetitive tasks and thus raise their productivity. For Rivet, we developed a 3D animation video that briefly tells about the software's three main products — Patient Pricing, Payer Performance, and Claim Resolution. The main goal was to give the viewer a walk-through of the platform and to explain the advantages and benefits Rivet offers to their users and how Rivet will make their work easier. We wanted to make the interfaces the core elements of the video. So we recreated the interfaces in 3D and worked with the materials and lights to make them more realistic and tangible. As for the decorative elements, we made them of relatively simple shapes and easy-to-perceive materials. With these decorative elements, we created the scenes' depth and textures so that each interface remained the main character in an unobtrusive environment. Since we had interfaces for all three products, we divided the video visually into three main parts by marking each part with its brand color. By doing so, we ensured the viewers would easily perceive the amount of info in the video. As a result, we've created a dynamic video that, in less than two minutes, tells about what Rivet is, the three main products, and what problems they can solve in an easy and friendly manner. 3D videos are an indispensable tool for those who want to tell a story about the software interfaces interestingly and in a way that will capture the viewers and potential users — the 3D interfaces feel more realistic and comprehensible, and the 3D environment creates a sense of presence.
