Initiating change is one thing, but making that change adaptable takes professionalism and innovation. The launch video of the PRUForce@Pulse campaign was one of four videos we were commissioned to produce to help Prudential Singapore with the transition of their old customer relationship management (CRM) system PRUForce2.0 to the aforementioned new and improved PRUForce@Pulse. The launch video set out to impress upon financial consultants that the revamped app would be a sleek, user-friendly, and valuable tool for their everyday needs. Opting for a modern and clean visual style, the incorporation of 3D animations in the videos elevated the premium look and feel, captivating viewers’ attention and instilling confidence in the app’s bold update. The videos were made available for all Prudential Financial Consultants (FCs), and garnered 1,500 views within the first month of its launch. It clocked in 2,000 minutes of watch time among 500 unique visitors, which signifies repeated viewings. Ultimately, the video fostered the adoption of PRUForce@Pulse, resulting in heightened engagement rates and positive feedback from consultants.
