Revamping an internal platform always presents risks, the biggest being buy-in, adoption and understanding from staff. Prudential understood this when they re-designed their financial planning and point of sales platform for agents. The old PRUONE Express (POE) wasn't just given a digital makeover, it was completely reimagined as PRUJourney. Financial planning can be complex, but PRUJourney promised to simplify and streamline the many processes involved. To achieve this, a short and impactful video teaser was needed - one that instantly highlighted the benefits to its agents. The goal was clear: to introduce the new streamlined changes before the agents explored the operational side of the platform. Utilising a mix of 2D motion design and cel animation the video gets to the point - simply describing the new tools brought to life through playful imagery effectively communicating their value. This served as the perfect introduction to PRUJourney, sparking interest and encouraging adoption.
