This film began with a simple question: where do I go after the endlessness of time and the universe? For me, the thing about death that haunts me is not the actual death itself, but not knowing where me or my consciousness exist after an humanly incomprehensibly amount of time. Most people don't think about how long infinity truly is not considering the enormous weight of such a 'number.' Nothing in our universe, not even light, can escape the immense gravitational pull of black holes, and they are what will stand still at the end of eternity after everything has turned to dust, but what can a black hole not escape from?
